I wanted to release a statement on our commitment to security to let you know that this is something that we take seriously in anything we do. Development hasn’t been the fastest, but that is because we will never rush anything at the expense of security. This project has a lot of security features you don’t typically see in a normal application. For example, the architecture of the system prevents third party scripts and node_modules from stealing user tokens. Backend microservices are isolated from each other and are unable to use tokens from another service without permission. And it’s not just the way we’ve architected things, care has been taken to make sure each line of code upholds a high standard of security. If you notice anything that we could do better, please let us know.
